Since beginning triathlon competitively in 2014, Paige has qualified for Age Group Nationals five years in a row, she has qualified to represent Team USA at the Amateur World Championships in Switzerland in August 2019, she has been accepted as part of a female elite development team based out of Boulder- Vixxen Racing, and she has been in the top ten overall females over 20 times. Paige began working with Panther Physical Therapy in 2018 to try and work on a chronic shoulder injury. What she got was so much more. The friendship, knowledge, and success she was met with was unmatched. Within a month the shoulder pain that had been there for over two years was decreasing. Not only did she work with physical therapists, but she also began working with the strength coach. She found that focusing on injury prevention, rehab, and overall strength really brought her performance ability to the next level. “I’m stronger right now than I ever have been in my life. Not only in my core, but in my power output. I am developing the correct muscles I need with proper technique that only enhances my movements.” Paige recently had a very successful experience at the inaugural Vixxen Team camp in St. George, Utah where her strength and conditioning was recognized. “I attribute that to Tim and Mark getting me ready. I had a left knee flare up about a week out and through dry needling, massage, and some strength exercises I was able to be at my best. I had a strong foundation of strength and was able to use that moving forward.”

In April, Paige raced in the duathlon National Championships. She came away as a National Champion in both the standard and sprint draft-legal distances. Her power on the bike has significantly increased since working with Panther Sports Performance. Her sights are now set on Nationals in Cleveland and World Championships in Switzerland. “The people at Panther are so kind. They listen to what I have to say and really want to help. I know how important prevention and recovery are to overall performance and these guys help me be at my best each day.”
